Align Fitness Australia
Fun, flexible and affordable!I really enjoy the group fitness classes. I’m currently enrolled in the 10 week mums and bubs class where I have the opportunity to workout safely for my postpartum recovery and take my Bub along. All the mummas are friendly and supportive no matter how fit/unfit I may be and how cooperative (or not) Bub is on the day. Jess is knowledgeable about postpartum recovery and spends time with everyone in the class to understand their needs. I always walk away feeling like I’ve worked hard. There’s lots of friendly mum chat and plenty of laughs too.
