Clean and tidy rooms, within walking distance to St Vincent's Hospital albeit mostly uphillNice park close by, but dogs off leash.

Beware ScamVery Poor service and no etiquette to talk to customer. Called to book room and guy named Frank who said he is manager was rude. He took my credit card details and disconnected call without giving any booking confirmation and email. When I call back and raised my concerns that I want to talk his manager or someone, he hang phone after saying that he is manager and he is canceling my booking. I am just worried that he will misuse my details and I don’t know who else to report this.

My second stay, from the country but grew up around there. Great room this time. Loved my stay, very reasonable costs, location, friendly staff, etc. Thank you. I will stay again. Helena

Wanna go back? try 70’s possibly? But it’s cool funky odd but it works. Lovely owner makes time to explain and always helpful. Mix of older and modern as bathroom was updated very clean and shower fantastic! was comfy had all that u needed including a sizeable lounge room or sitting room a kitchenette wardrobe bar fridge desk wifi and tv. Convenience too. I liked it a lot it surprised me in many good ways!

Disgusting!!! Absolutely the lowest standard. The room smelled of mould, furniture looked as if they were scraps from a flooding, several cockroaches. See photos.

Comfy bed, great shower, very clean and lovely breakfast included in price. Parking a bit awkward but free. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided was generous and delicious, such a bonus. The staff were also very helpful. This is our second stay here, and certainly won't be our last. Many thanks.

Very good size hotel room with kitchen and free in room breakfast. Free parking first come first serve. $20 by uber or taxi to Opera house or Sydney Downtown. 15-20 drive to Airport. Must try this one.

Serviceable for a 1 night stay, epitome of a 2.5-3 star, very close to the train station. Room is small, very basic and in need of an update, comes with a pack of cereal, 2 pieces of bread, milk, spreads, coffee/tea and juice in the fridge. Didn't use the carpark but it is exceptionally tight, so be mindful (even small cars would struggle). The room looks out onto someone's yard which always had someone sitting in it and the room's window had a large crack in it and doesn't shut tight. AC works though. Didn't use the shower whilst there but the water does heat fast.TV in the room was one of those that when you turn it on, goes automatically to 100vol, so prepare for LOUD.We were given a key for the wrong room at first so when we opened the door, we were greeted with a dirty unmade room. But it was quickly rectified (we were meant to be next door), so I'll give them props for that.

This motel is all about budget. $140 per night is about as cheap as you get for inner city Sydney. Just down the road from Kings Cross and Darlinghurst and a few free car parks underneath, first come first served. Free WiFi and toast, cereal and juice complimentary breakfast.
