After renting the same house for 2 years, my landlord took on Harper Realty. Sadly, I didn't last much longer as a tenant. I wasn't listened to, my concerns weren't taken on, and to stay on as a tenant, I was encouraged to simply just forget" about almost $2000 worth of utilities I had been illegally charged for by the landlord over years (the house was never water compliant

I am a neighbor of the property 2 pioneer court that this mob manage. And my property Is constantly damaged by their tenants. Not only myself and a neighbor have complained however Katrina kilmartin tried to lie and say she hasn't received other complaints on said property which is a complete lie. I wouldn't even have them manage my Investment properties as they clearly are all about money rather than fixing neighbor hood fatigue. They have to be the most unprofessional real estate I have ever dealt with. And that's fine if they won't evict the tenants who live next too me they will be paying for my moving costs. They sure do not have the owner of the properties interest at heart Its all about capital gain for them. To say I'm unhappy with their response is a lie I am absolutely furious.

Nice real estate only just started renting with them as our other real estate gave up contract or something. No problems so far

We decided to downsize from our beautiful home. We met Nik, who impressed us immediately with his extensive knowledge of the area, and of the Real Estate market.He was very professional in every aspect – punctual, always smiling, totally efficient, honest and personable. We totally trusted him to do his best for us.Whenever we had a question or a concern he really listened and gave his opinions freely. He looked after both us (The vendors), and the buyers alike.He was very quick to seize on any information we had about the property and shared it with the buyers.Although, due to personal and health-related reasons we had to withdraw our home fromsale at this time. Tony and the team at Harper are exceptional. Their work ethic and approach to get the best result for their client is very impressive. Harper have now sold properties and also managed a rental property for me. I couldn’t recommend them high enough.

Has to be the worst realestate going. The agents are friendly but don't do their job at all. I was a tenant for 2 years, no maintenance done when requested. No contacting you back, will tell you they're going to get someone out to do maintenance and continue that lie everytime you call. Forget emailing them, they don't reply unless it has to do with money. They send people out to do smoke alarms without entry notice. They don't attend their routine inspections". Just avoid at all costs. Hopefully they're shut down soon."

Harper Realty not even deserve zero star. DO NOT TRUST this realty. They provided fake routine inspection. My property was destroyed by the tenant costing us huge amount of money for repair and end up to the court. Didn't pick up the potential tenant enquiries when we were looking for new tenant. My property was empty for 3 months and no rental income. No communication. Did not reply my emails, phone calls, etc. etc. The list goes on. I was constantly lied to by Tony Harper and Aileen. I post this review as I don't want the other property owner suffer as what I have gone through. Stay away from this realty and Tony Harper.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Terrible real estate. Ask them numerous times to get repairs done. Nothing happens. Keep asking nothing happens. 1 instance asked again. Property manager looked at me smiled and said. If we dont do it. Breach us" and then walked away. Totally unprofessional.This review is NOT false!!!! I am appauled that this real estate now replies with this response!"

I have been a tenant with Harper for a out 12 months. Today I phoned the office and spoke to Katrina I would just like to thank her for her outstanding customer service over the phone she was so polite, friendly and caring. Katrina thank you for the conversation I'm so appreciative I spoke with you.
