Ordered ahead and when I arrived on time I could see my name and order on the board saying that it was ready for pick up.When I enquired at the counter the young server, had a look" and then said no its not ready yet give it another 5 minutes.I went outside and waited another 5 minutes only to see other orders after mine being picked up

Not only are they incompetent in taking orders over phone they cannot even get order right when you purchase in store when you employ monkeys and pay them peanuts I guess that's what you get

Domino’s Pizza Albion Park
I had a bad experience once about getting my order messed up for a few times and I wanted to switch to another domino's branch but as soon as the manager found out about the problem, he/she offered compensation very quickly. The quality improved the second time and I'm happy to become their regular costumer again. I'm sure it was only one busy night for them and one unlucky circumstance for me.
