This is a very well managed store. Management and staff are professional and very courteous, bending over backwards to help. Customer service is a priority over the bottom line. In store shopping is a really good experience and the range of products is fantastic. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible, arrived at 3-30pm waited at aisle where item I wanted to purchase was located.Not one staff member bothered to come and offer assistance.At 4-45pm I left the store for fear of being locked in overnight at closing time.Zero customer service.Is this is the best Good Guys Bunbury can do.I have always shopped at Good Guys as first preference, never again..I Assure you Good Guys Bunbury my shadow will never darken your doorway again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!I brought a dishwasher with an installation service online. However, no confirmation email or related documents were received. Later I received a call saying that no installation service will be provided because of long travel distance. I called the store to confirm but the store member could not find my order or other details. Finally, the dishwasher arrived with no one install it. I went to the store again and book an installation service again. But the staff still could not find my details and I have to pay again for the installation fee. I called the official hotline several times but in vain. I tired web chat and the CS officer said they will proceed ASAP. Three weeks later no one is calling. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!UPDATE 01/02/2023Reached web chat two more times again. The first staff promised to refund to my card but nothing happened. The second staff simply ignored me and turned into computer response. Real upset and planning to lodge an official compliant.

Our purchase included a $100 credit which was supposed to be loaded to our wallet. Told email link for the wallet would arrive in 2/3 days but it never arrived and neither did the $100. Not happy! Good Guys Customer Care said the wallet needed to be downloaded prior to purchase for $100 credit. Just got the run-around from the store and Customer Care.

Service was brilliant, price matching sensational but disappointed with product - not the store's fault - who markets a tech product with no instructions in the box?! But thank you Bunbury Good Guys team, it was still a pleasure to shop with you.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Terrible customer service. Tried to sell additional warranty for appliances without consent. When removed they also remove all cashback promotions including the ones you are elligible for (unless you point out specifically which ones you are eligible for).

We visited The Good Guys Bunbury WA to purchase a Espresso Coffee Machine. We were served by Jayda, a smiling, happy face with perfect manners. Jayda, was extremely helpful, having a excellent knowledge of the machines on the floor, also once a Barista herself we were lucky enough to get some further tips on a suitable machine for our home use & the science of making good coffee. Jayda also worked her magic & got us an extremely competitive price lower than we thought possible.
