I was blown away by Kevin’s integrity (he voluntarily charged us less than the quote, because the job turned out to be simpler than what I had described), his professionalism (I saw up close his skill, thoroughness and expertise) and his calm presence (my Mum’s ill and we had doctors in the house; Kevin’s attitude was quiet, friendly and no fuss or drama). Lastly, he coached me through actually opening the safe so that I really knew what to do; others may have just explained and assumed I’d understand). I don’t often write reviews, but this is a small token of appreciation for who Kevin is and how he works. Thanks, Kevin.

I had life saving medication locked in my safe , I called 3 locksmiths who all failed to open my safe, they all charged me for a call out fee, my safe was unbreakable, ..I finally contacted safe crackers ,, who offered no open no fee promise , not only did they open it, they made me 2 new keys. friendly and very professional, I highly recommend using this company . I don't usually give reviews , but I feel in this case , very thankful and feel it's the least I can do

I had an old safe that had a couple of documents I needed and I hadn't been into the safe for years due to breaking the key into the lock, Kevin organised to come to my place to get it open and he was quick and efficient. Nice, trustworthy bloke also - I highly recommend.

Called Safecrackers as I needed to get into my locked safe urgently, having forgotten the combination. Kevin was able to quote me a price and confirm a time. Job was done within 24 hours with a minimum of fuss. The safe was opened and serviced and the combination reset so I still have a fully functioning safe.Great, professional service, I would definitely recommend Safecrackers to anyone in need of opening a locked safe or anything else to do with safes.
