Barbeques Galore

Great customer service from John & Jordan at Capalaba. Have found all the staff to be very helpful & generous with their time even when they are very busy. I've shopped at many BBQ sores around Brisbane & this is my favourite. Keep up the high standards guys.

Customer service by the woman on staff yesterday, the day before Father’s Day, was atrocious and down right disgusting. Treating customers like garbage is not a good way to run a business!

Fantastic service yesterday! I walked into Barbeques Galore Capalaba after school with my children, after visiting Bunnings Capalaba where I couldn't find what I wanted due to quality, because I needed to find an patio umbrella base. The man who assisted me, greeted me the moment we walked in, and because I was in a bit of a rush, after he asked me if I was looking for anything in particular, he lead me right over to the umbrella stands. In about 5 minutes of deciding between a couple of different ones, the man carried it toward the counter for me and put it into my boot after paying. The base is extremely good quality and easy to assemble as well. It is on wheels that can lock which means we don't break our back trying to move it. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. It's really appreciated!

Went into possible buy a bbq for my daughter's 25th, team members were friendly. As I'm in retail sales the salesman who's name starts with T sorry I forgot his name, was most helpful and professional and no hard sell// he just explained the difference between the two bbq I was looking at. I purchased a red Ziegler & Brown twin which was on special thankyou. I hope the owner or manger can acknowledge T for his great customer service and just helping a customer. Ps my daughter loves the surprise and the bbq of course.

I've been waiting 20 minutes to ask a question because there's only one sales man on the floor. Pitiful service, a store this size should have more then one person on the floor, about to leave and never come back.

Got looked after very well, and got really good advice. The advice was actually not to spend money on what I was trying to do too, so thanks for the honest help.

Came in with money wanting to buy the top of the line portable bbq with extras, waited 15 minutes before I was greeted and not asked if I needed help. I waited 30 minutes + before I got any service (was told I had to wait for service atleast 10 minutes) and the team member had minimal knowledge of product. I asked him for his best deal and he argued with me over the fact he gave me the regular price which I could get online. He then said the shipment would be end of august but not sure if/ when it would actually arrive and told it could be 2 months even. I then walked 200m up the road to another bbq shop was given service within 1 minute and was given 10% off with more warranty on my item and took in my car straight away and walked out with more product and more money in my pocket. Was in store with 4 other customers who just had the same experience I had. Goodluck getting through covid...

Great service from all staff. Shop is spotless and well set out. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Well done to the manager and staff.

A big shout out to Bridget at Capalaba BBQs Galore for her excellent customer service yesterday. A young lady who knew her product really well, was patient and very easy to work with. 5 stars!
