Easy to use web-site including ordering. Fast automated responses to orders. Items well packed. Competitively priced ( including shipping carrier charges for large items). Professional staff. One of the best model shops for on-line ordering from out of state ( or from within no doubt ).

My first visit was yesterday to pick up some primer and paints. Appreciated the advice and service.

Very dissapointed with the customer service at this store. I chose to support this local business by purchasing some small parts (nuts and bolts that could have been bought at Bunnings). I purchased the wrong size so I decided to take them back to get the correct size. When I asked if I could exchange the un-opened packet of nuts and bolts, I was given the poorest attitude. I was repeatedly told to read the refund policy by both staff and even sly remarks were made about charging me a re-stocking fee ???? All over $10 worth of nuts and bolts??? Is it really worthtreating your customers like that? I ended up paying more in the exchange so the attitude was not warranted. I will never shop at this store again when you can buy online for a third of the price.

Very helpful crew, excellent prices and a awesome range of products, I always stop in when I'm in town even just for a look at all the great RC's they keep. They have helped me on many occasions with different things I have built and modified.

Good range of awesome products, Rory however is the rudest salesman I've ever met... Wont be seeing a cent of mine! I'd never recommend this store unless he was out of town and had someone else running the place
