I’ve never been to a Salon like Karlose James before … Staff are all Fabulous!! From their Creativity their Talent their Ability and their Friendliness… Love and look forward to my weekly visits.

Thank you to the team at Karlose James for always making my appointments such a lovely experience. Lia is an amazing colorist and my hair colour is perfect every single time. I cannot recommend this salon enough.

The most horrendous experience.I had my hair colored at Korlose James. It was my first time at the salon and I will not be back.Five hours and $550 later, I left the salon with my hair completely burnt off. I have blonde hair and needed my roots done. The hairdresser colored everything BUT my roots - all my hair broke off when washing and drying and in the proceeding weeks.I was told post appointment not to wash of tie my hair up for a week to two weeks. Avoid brushing hair as it is stringy".I went back the next day and they refunded me. They offered free hair treatments. I stupidly accepted and went for one treatment only to be treated so badly.It has been three months since this experience. It has cost me so much money in treatments (at another salon) and hair products. Be careful."

Cannot recommend this salon more highly! James is an incredible stylist and such a charming and warm energy, the team are all so friendly and really know their stuff, and the vibe and atmosphere of the salon is top tier. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Had my hair cut with Karlose and he was amazing! Been getting my hair cut and blow waved at Karlose James salon for the past year and no other salon in Melbourne compares! From the service to the staff, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I totally recommend!
