Best retail experience ever!I have been riding for 14 years, and my wife bought me a track day...I know nothing about suits or racing gear.The first person didn't pretend like they knew everything they went and got the one and only amazing David!David knew everything! Which suit to pick by looking at me. How to put it on. How to stretch it a little (my legs). How to clean it. How to adjust it in the future. He is the chat gpt of racing suits. He was patient with my daughter by letting her plau and waiting for me. He then helped me to my car while I was holding my baby and loaded everything!On top of all of this, he stuck to my budget!As I said, it's the best retail experience ever!Thank you, David, for your undivided attention. You are an asset to the MCAS team at Auburn!

This place is superb for motorcycle accessories. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced. I met David there, who helped me with the selection of best helmet, jackets & pants. He even helped me with making the helmet ready to wear, with pinlock etc. He was very cooperative and knew that i am a novice and guided me so well that i felt much relaxed, as i was driving a motorcycle after 10 years. This store got competitive prices and very good collection. I got goretex wear which i didn't get in few other shops. The staff also gave me good discount. Overall great great experience. Keep it up!

As a new customer, I got the offer for a 5% off voucher. The 5% off voucher code said it had already been redeemed when in actual fact it had only been sent to me a couple of minutes before my first attempt to redeem it. Don't worry I then purchased elsewhere. No purchase was conducted through the store.

Simon is an absolute legend that went through all the accessories that I needed as a new rider. Gave me all the pros and cons of the items I was after and made the whole process super easy. Felt like family the moment I walked in. Amazing service. Thank you Simon!!

I walked in to the Auburn store, was greeted by Shane. He pointed to the area I needed to go and asked if he could finish up what he was doing. Minutes later he was back and straight forth with all answers I required with 2 products. Fantastic service, exact answers with no sales pitch. I’ll be back for sure.

Great customer service experience. I went to purchase Gaerne boots, they went out of their way to fulfil my needs since what I wanted it was not available in the store. Store policy before you shop is different fromafter you shop. Store credit only for change of mind returns is mentioned on the receipt after checkout but not the printed policy that’s displayed in-store.Be very careful & ensure you are 100% on what you buy, and do your research on items before you get in as staff are not very knowledgeable on the gear, and you’ll be stuck with it if you get home and something is wrong (unless they deem it to be a mistake on their side e.g incorrect helmet fitting).I’ve been trapped with a bunch of funds in store credit, so i bought a helmet with some of that credit, the helmet was fitted incorrectly by their staff. They acknowledged this and offered me a refund.But then it turned out they couldn’t refund me the full cost of the helmet because it was partially bought with a store credit. The only reason I had a store credit in the first place was because I couldn’t refund items I really should’ve been able to.Spent an hour in store with their staff trying to resolve various issues with the refund. The result is I’m still stuck with store credit, and no compensation for all the fuss.Maybe if they honoured the store policy thats displayed at the till, and accepted change of mind returns within 30 days for unused items, it would’ve been a far simpler process for everyone.The staff are nice, but the information & support with the gear they provide is just not professional, and their shopping policies are rubbish. Better off sourcing online, and for helmets, go to a dedicated helmet store.EDIT: The staff followed up and resolved this with me, issuing a full refund for the helmet.

Really impressed with Dave at the Auburn store. He spent a considerable amount of time with me when I bought a new race suit. With his help I was able to get a perfect comfortable and safe fit. He also went over maintenance of the suit and how best to break it in.Thanks Dave you legend!
