Surprisingly well-equipped! The gym has a comp style bench, a safety squat bar, calibrated oly plates, and really well maintained Nautilus machines. Staff is super nice and never really gets too crowded. Super happy

I would like to start by saying what a great setup you guys have done, I love training and coming there all the time. Great equipments up to date cardio machines!!! Excellent behaved staff with an amazing atmosphere to be there.It’s a gym where you feel at home when your not at home. Well done PLUS FITNESS CROWS NEST team you guys done a beautiful job. Great club, big shout out to Val and Mike. In particular Mike always has time to assist with any questions and is passionate about helping others/fitness in general. He's always doing the little things like making sure the weights are in their right spot. If anyone needs a PT have a chat with him.

Gym with lots of equipment.But my partner and I found black mould in the gym and bathroom walls. It needs proper ventilation installed... this is a health hazard!
