I can't praise this company any more highly.I received a funky and very different beer glass as a Christmas present and was taken with how cool it looked. Then I broke it while doing the dishes after Christmas dinner: beer and wine may have played a part admittedly.As it was such an amazing item with so much thought put into it I simply logged onto a worldwide online store to order a replacement and was told it was out of stock. This is when the problems started.I searched all over the internet for a replacement, including a large auction site and new sites in countries across Europe, to no avail. I wrote to the manufacturers in Germany who didn't have any more in stock, and signed up to a company in Botswana who said they did have it but only posted within a very small geographic radius.Then I tried Australia and The Gift & Co. They had it! I ordered it however hit a snag that they only post in Oz and NZ, however like most of us across the world, I have friends in Oz who could receive the parcel and post to me. Simple!Then Claudio contacted me to inform me it seemed to be out of stock and offered a similar replacement but I explained my situation so he reassured me that he would check with the supplier and get back to me which he did promptly to confirm we were back on track!Parcel posted from Australia and arrived in just under 3 weeks which included a 2 night stay in Melbourne in transit! Not a scratch on it and I'm now going to take a lot more care of my new replacement glass!I found Claudio extremely helpful, professional, prompt and personable and would recommend The Gift & Co to anyone and everyone!!!
