Tiny Tails Dog Grooming Salon

We used Tiny Tails for the first time today and we were massively impressed with the result! They have done such a good job with our Bichon Frise-not only did they do exactly what we asked for (which hasn’t always happened in the past with previous salons) they did it in such a timely manner-made it so much easier for our busy family . We will definitely be back. Would recommend to anybody ☺️

We booked our dog in for a stay over Easter. He had surgery a couple of weeks ago and needed some extra care. Neda was so accomodating and went the extra mile to look after him. We picked up a very happy and healthy boy, after his stay. I would definitely recommend their boarding and grooming services!

Not sure what shape the groomer was aiming for on my dog’s face. Uneven, chunk taken out under his right eye. They didn’t cut his ears, despite me asking for them to be taken up short.I had booked for 11am and received a text to say that slot was already taken but could I bring him at 10 and they could fit him in.When I sent these photos to the groomer and asked for a partial refund, I was told that my dog is too energetic and always wet, that they had spent 1.5 hours on him and no refund would be due.He was ‘fitted in’, so I don’t believe that 1.5 hours were spent. I arrived early and the groomer told me she hasn’t started his head yet and to come back in 15 mins. 10 mins later she texts me to say that he is finished. So she spent 10 minutes on his head and apparently 1 hour 20 mins everywhere else? My dog isn’t that big, so this is just untrue.His ears and under his eye weren’t wet, so also untrue.The reality is that the groomer rushed at the end and didn’t do a great job on his head. She managed to groom everywhere else just fine, including his feet (which he doesn’t like being touched). She could have just accepted the issues with the head and given a partial refund or credit for the next groom, instead of making up excuses. She also told me ‘we aren’t for everyone’, which is a theme I see across these reviews when a customer is unhappy with the service.Poor customer service and inflated prices for the service being offered.

Neda and her team are friendly, helpful and kind and look after our two St Bernards (Dudley and Rosie) so well. Don't be fooled by the name, the Tiny Tails salon is tidy and SPACIOUS compared to others especially when you have giant breeds like ours. As you can see from the photo Dudley loves to soak in the tub!

Have been taking my senior citizen dog Zorro to Tiny Tails for a few months now. Very happy with the service. Always prompt and they are very considerate of his age and and reluctance to have a haircut. Thank you ladies.

Great salon! Took our Black Russian Terrier puppy to Neda to get her socialised to grooming. Neda did a wonderful job - we always ask for at least a wash and a groom once a month. Neda even suggested I do a different deal to save money given all the extras I was adding which was very considerate. Always great service and very thoughtful to your doggos needs. Highly recommend!

I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDINGI definitely would not recommend this lady at all, she did not listen to what I asked during the consultation and did everything but what I asked for. My dog was completely shaved, when I explicitly asked NOT to. I do understand my dog did have a few mats behind her ear and needed to be clipped (I was happy for the ears to be). She was fully shaved when i picked her up, still wet and her ears and body are cut uneven and hacked. Not happy at all! I called up to let her know that I wasn’t happy and all she had to say was “Well I think I have done a good job”.Paid $85 for a wet dog, uneven haircut, doesn’t smell like she was washed and not what I asked for and asked for a refund she said “well I think I have done a good job and you will not be getting your money back”.I’m absolutely mortified and will NOT be returning!

Terrible experience. Thought would try a new groomer as our old one was moving. To be fair was 10mins late for the appointment but was absolutely rudely told nope we are late and we forfeit our appointment and money. Never had such terrible customer service before, understand was late but the way was spoken to was horrible. I will be definitely disputing my credit card transaction because this was a disgusting experience.You will probably find some silly excuse back to this as you have done with your other reviews or some lie but hopefully others can see the reaction and steer clear of the rudeness.Could have been way more professional in the response but clearly does not understand professionalism.Some other reviews clearly state the same thing.Hope this helps others.
