Our dog loved their bday cake last year so ordered again this year. I was even recommending them to others last year.What a disappointment. Mistakes happen but the way you handle them makes all the difference, and the lady on the phone did a horrible job at that.Anyways, if you want to get a birthday anything, don't believe their order confirmation because its auto generated and doesn't guarantee anything. Don't leave a voice message because they don't attend to it. Horrible service all around. Never again.

Amazing!!! Such a high quality cake I was so impressed and all 3 dogs LOVED it, we could barely hold them back from scoffing the whole cake.The website instructions were really helpful and the cake arrived on time/early. Thanks again :)

Absolutely blown away by the quality and service given by GOLDEN BARKery! The cake was amazing, so much attention to detail and the pup woofed it down in no time so she approved. I ordered on short notice and they managed to get it to me the day before her birthday so perfect timing. I highly recommend!

The cake was smaller than I was expecting for a two tiered cake and didn’t look quite as nice as the pics look. But that’s just my perception. I was disappointed it was delivered on Thursday instead of Friday since it’s my girls birthday is on Monday which would have made it on the fifth day. And while they say it’s ok for 7 days I just didn’t want to wait that long to serve it. It did smell and look nice and moist inside .
