Great service from the goddess will nice eyebrows Katlyn. She served me with pride and I could just tell that she is going to be a manager of the future. Please relay this message to her boss so that they can know just how amazing she is. She also had good style which was nice to see for this emerging generation.

Decent quality at great prices with frequent sales.Staff are very helpful.Indian gentleman with the beard was very jovial and gave us great customer service at the cash register! Props to him

I had such a pleasant experience returning a faulty pair of jeans. The first guy that served me yesterday was extremely helpful when I asked about the return/exchange policy and how lenient they are compared to the guidelines online (as I had live chatted on Cotton On’s website). When the store manager was asked, she was really kind and again very helpful with the exchange - she let everyone know that I’d pop in sometime today with my jeans. Today, I was served by a lovely guy whom had exchanged my jeans AND contacted another branch to kindly hold some items in my size that weren’t available in store. Absolute gems and really appreciate the help. 5 stars for Cotton On Mount Gravatt’s customer service! Thank you!

The time I came into this shop I knew my clothes were outdated. The clothes in this shop are amazing, they got the latest clothes trends and famous movie titles. The shop was kept very clean and looked good it was very modern and I like the consistency throughout the whole shop. The staff members were really kind and respectful and for now on I will always get my clothes from here.

Usually don't leave reviews but this got me pretty annoyed. Just went in quickly to buy a pair of pants for work. When I got to the counter I was asked if I had an account with Cotton On, I said I wasn't sure so the cashier, Olivia, asked for my email to check". Took a while to find out if I had an account to which she finally said "ah yep

Lachlan from the dressing rooms really was the real MVP. He was super helpful and held the door open to help out as I was in and out showing my friend my fits. Super chill too

If you are a teenager or skinny woman size 8-12 like my daughter you would be fine. Used to love this store. Only place I would buy my v necks from. But after today waiting in line while 2 service people sat their talking at the counter, kinda was busy didn't want to wait 10 minutes, aswell as theirs no bloody bags, charging me 2$ for a bag for one shirt is ridiculous, without any other options like paper or plastic. Ain't coming here again if I have to carry clothes around without a bag
