Recently rented a house through Swan Real Estate. After renting a few properties through other agents we found the Swan experience seamless and efficient! The communication was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the Console Tenant App. We unfortunately had to break lease as we purchased our own home - Swan again came to the party and worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible! Finding tenants quickly. Merv & the gang were great and would have no hesitation using them in any form again!

I have been renting my current place since July 2020 from Swan, and have been quite happy with my property manager Jade White. She has been great to contact and promptly replies to any queries or maintenance jobs I've asked for. She is professional, kind and understanding. I feel very comfortable here, and looked after. I've happily renewed my lease twice now, and will hopefully continue to reside here until I can afford to step into my own house. Any issues that arise have been quickly rectified and have been very accommodating.The only issue" I've really had since living here is the lady who comes and does the inspections. It feels as if she expects the house to be at a "bond cleaned" level

Very friendly and professional staff. We rent thought Swan for 5 years every repair request was promptly actioned and communicate was excellent all the time. Existing the house was such a good experience everything was sorted in 2 week and die bond was returned.

Jade white has been magnificent with helping get work done at our property. Whenever i call she is polite and i love talking to her. When work needs doing she touches base every couple of days to keep me up to date with what is happening. This is my new floor thanks to Jade.
