Absolutely amazing service and quality from Mascot Carpet Court! From picking out our carpet to the planning of laying and the carpet layers themselves were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and refer to friends and family.

When our unit was flooded, we chose Mascot Carpet Court to replace all of our flooring. They were incredibly helpful and supportive at a very difficult time. All of the staff were friendly, accomodating, and happy to help. Everything was well organised, and the communication was great. The installation was carried out quickly and with the utmost professionalism, while the final results are fantastic. We have been very, very happy in all our dealings with Mascot Carpet Court, and we are loving walking on our new floors! Our feet approve! Thank you!!

We had a fabulous experience with Carpet Court at Mascot. David was so attentive and interested in our needs and advised us well. Professional service at all times. Price was great too. Carpet was laid by professionals and everything was spotless when they left. They also laid the carpet inside our new built in wardrobes properly, not just putting down mats! Couldn’t be happier with anything . Highly recommended.

Couldn't be more happier with the job Lee and the team at Alex Bowen Carpet Court did at our place recently. They helped me pick a great carpet from their stock, were able to book the job in a couple of days later, and Michael the installer was on time, friendly and clearly a master of his craft (he has been in the game for 14 years). Will definitely be getting the team back in when we do a big renovation. Highly recommended. Professional, friendly and great value.

Overall I was initially very impressed. However became very disappointed after going in store on a Saturday and being told I would receive a quote the following Tuesday as it was a long weekend.After 4 phone calls and being told it would be actioned the next, or they would also have someone from the Bondi store assist, I received the quote at 17:20 and on the Friday with the store closing at 16:00.Because I was paying by credit card I had to call in on the Monday to make the payment.I lost a week of the curtains and blinds going in to production.As someone who works and manages in Customer Service one of the things you do not do is over promise and then under deliver.

This business makes customer service their number one priority. The products we purchased more than lived up to expectation and the trades they used to install gave great service and their price was competitive. Considering we live in the Hunter Valley makes this all the more meritorious. We’ll done Mascot Carpet Court.

Lee and his team were easy to work with, and we were so relieved to have found someone who is actually passionate about what he does and cares! Great job on carpeting 2 bedrooms, an office, and a stair case!! Very seamless, tidy, and beautiful work. Matt and I are so glad to have found you guys.

I went into Carpet Court a couple of months ago, I had no idea about what carpet I wanted for my investment property. I spoke to Tara who was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Tara helped me to find just the right carpet, durable, not too light coloured so it didn't get dirty and within my price range! So pleased that with Tara's excellent knowledge and experience, I ended up with the carpet that was just right. I wanted to get the carpet laid as soon as possible, I visited Carpet Court for the first time on Saturday afternoon and by Wednesday the carpet was laid which I was very impressed with!My only reservation is that I asked for photos once the work was completed as I don't live close to the property. I requested the photos when I was in the Carpet Court store, and again when I spoke on the phone with the person who was laying the carpet on the day. I was later informed that no photos were taken and therefore could not be provided which was disappointing.But overall, a very good experience, especially with Tara's excellent customer service!
