Sweet Temptation Patisserie

This business has a contract with several local schools for lunch supplies. I am stunned that schools would pick this business when so many other, better businesses are available. Maybe they thought this guy was cheaper? Well, the lunches are priced like it's a prestigious patisserie, but the offerings are awful. My child brought home the lunches a few times, and took photos of them at school, and they were awful, carelessly packaged, bread rolls very salty, fruit bruised, mini meat pies are ONE BITE for a young child and cost $5. Insane. Many times the cookies were just a collection of crumbs, and this is unacceptable when you are charged $3 for ONE COOKIE.

Unfortunately disappointing. Was so keen to visit this patisserie, having driven past many times. My custard tart was dry (but with soggy pastry) and the vanilla slice I bought as a surprise for my wife was inedible" and was mostly tossed."

Went here yesterday to select a cake with a Groupon voucher. Having read the small print, I was fully aware of the voucher's terms and conditions. So I knew I could only select a cake/pie in-store from the top and bottom shelf of their display fridge - no confusion at all! I was greeted by the friendly shop owner who gave me information on the various cakes and pies available. He was all by himself in the bakery as apparently 2 of his staff members had called in sick. Yesterday was the hottest day (34 degrees!) so hats off to this guy! He was friendly and welcoming, and we had no issue whatsoever selecting a cake and using our voucher. The voucher was worth $30 and we picked a $35 Tiramisu Cake"

Best hot chocolate my mum and I have ever had! Their cakes look stunning and the slice of baked cheese cake we had was delicious too! Friendly staff and fast service! Definitely will be coming back here! Well done sweet temptations! :)

The owner is the rudest person I have met to date. Clearly did not want to be there and couldn't even give me the courtesy to explain the voucher to me kindly with such little patience and a huge attitude. I've been to this patisserie many times and all the other staff have been lovely. Unfortunately the owner has completely ruined it for us. The cake is not worth the disgusting and unwelcoming attitude. Don't waste your time. I don't even want to eat the cake that was made by someone who seems to hate what he does. will never return, DO NOT recommend

Owner is a cool guy - great bacon egg rolls and coffee at this bakey! Will be going again.

Short summary in two words - extremely awful. Read online reviews on this venue and I had concerns as any other Groupon users. But we decided to give it a go. After all all you lose is $7.50. Sounds not bad huh? Ordered a large quiche Lorraine. Choices are limited and service is awful only limited to a few products. The person, not sure if he is the owner, shows clear unwillingness to serve and help. He JUST looks rude. He is even not willing to hear the quiche for us quoting the oven is “off”. There you go. This venue has lived up to its reputation. Perhaps I should say BAD reputation. Anyway not a big deal. I’m not going t cry as we will visit the park nearby. Groupon is only one agenda. I have my hedge. Thank you for “impressing” me not to come back.

Look we were quite nervous after reading the reviews about poor customer service, but honestly we were greeted by two lovely women who explained the Groupon deal really well, very lovely. The pecan pie was delicious :)

We were initially concerned after reading some of the reviews. But we decided to give it a go anyway. We bought the macadamia tart with the Groupon voucher. The process went smoothly. Everything was fine except for that the lady took the tart from the shelf with her bare hand which was rather unhygienic. Her fingers was touching the tart and slightly squashed one edge of the tart. We didn’t make a fuss and just let it go….Otherwise, the tart was full of macadamia nuts and not overly sweat or heavy which we appreciated. We found that reheating the tart by baking it in the oven made the tart tasted a lot better as the nuts became more crunchy.

Ordered for work catering. Everyone loved their lemon tart & fresh croissants. Will definitely order again.
