We had been waiting for this to open and so glad it happened! Been twice and on both times the food has been amazing, handmade noodles are the absolute bomb - get the combination with the beef soup, 1 side (the pickled radish is the best - sour and a kick of heat or the shredded potato is equally divine) and the tea egg ... best lunch on a cold day - or any day to be honest

The noodle soup was very yummy! Reasonable pricing. Pretty decor and was quite entertaining to see the chef making the noodles. Highly recommend!

A noodle place that you won't regret! honestly it's one of the best noodles and Chinese food I've ever had in Newcastle. Mr. Lee did it again! Hand pulled noodle really makes a difference in texture and the soup base is so authentic! Main dishes are also amazingly done, just enough spices to bring out the flavors yet not cover the taste of the original food. He must be doing something right to keep us coming back for more :P
