The staff are always so pleasant, instore and click & collect. I love shopping here on weekends after work as it is in a great location, easy to access and has good stock availability.

1 checkout open on a Friday lunch time and those Self serve checkouts that pretty much never accept cash. So I had 3 items and due to one checkout being open and a full trolley in front of me I ended up putting down my purchase and leaving the store. I shouldn’t have to wait 10mins to go through a single checkout because I choose not to use self serve checkouts. Come on Coles your supposed to be in the customer service game how about serving some customers instead of minimising staffing and open checkouts.

There's a super helpful staff member that works here, I spotted his name tag recently so I can finally give him some recognition! - his name is DK, hopefully someone who works there can make sure he's recognised for his great work. He's always smiling and willing to help customers and on the occasions I've asked if something is in stock he's gone above and beyond in helping and been friendly whilst doing so.

Beware of buying meat from the deli here as it is rarely fresh. Keep an eye out for discoloured meats as especially shaved hams tend to be already starting to turn in the display. Beware of stupidly low prices on meats from the deli. Also, these people will never get your online orders right, ever.

Toilets were not clean, hand gel containers were empty wash your hands. The toilets consisted of 2 handicap cubicles, one was out of service, line up to use the other. Fee for extended parking, not sure how the monitor that, as no boom gates, signs up everywhere advising paid parking

Gotta say everyone I’m here the staff are always happy to help, polite and keen to make your experience a pleasant one. Got home thought I left a bag of groceries there, Lachlan who I spoke with searched everywhere, even went to shop opposite Coles to see if I’d left it there, which I had! He went the extra mile and has put my groceries in the fridge for me to collect tomorrow. Can’t thank Lachlan enough and what a credit to Coles he is!
