Great team to work with!

had them install an ac unit for me. turns out their incompetent trades person 'forgot' to connect the condensation drain. the resulting flood damaged 3 pieces of furniture (one of which was a school project) destroyed a book collection, destroyed 4m2 of carpet, damaged the wall lining and destroyed some irreplaceable documents. when confronted and given the chance to make it right their response was to blame me saying that it was my fault as i did not spot the leak soon enough. Would recommend that no one ever deals with this business and those that have find someone who knows what they are doing to check their work before they destroy something important.... again.

They guys were so professional, spoke to me the whole time explainaining what they were doing and couldnt have been more curteous and helpful, awesome experience
