I have always found the staff to be quite disinterested in customer service. Not sure if they're just more interested in serving male tradies? Try L and H instead.

Poor customer service. I realise things are different during the pandemic but I was after some socially distant assistance with bulbs I had previously bought from this store and I couldn't locate on line to order. I was told, that the store was only open for click and collect and actually referred to Bunnings to get the product. Very unhelpful.

I needed to replace a power supply originally supplied by Telstra, who would not provide a replacement. I was told J R Turk could provide a similar product as the original is not made anymore. I emailed a picture of the original and Andrew the manager replied quickly and advised they could help. When I picked it up he was so helpful and the product works perfectly.

Turks have some Good Gear But I found the staff Rude And condescending Without being Helpful...I walked Out Would Recommend Any Other Wholesaler Im a Electrician Of 15 years

My company has an account with Turks in Gladesville but we are working at Penrith. I rang, placed the order and asked for delivery to a nearby construction site. the staff member got it sorted for me that very morning. Thanks Turks Penrith!
