I liked bed for backs because when we had problems with our first mattress they were more than happy to help us replace the mattress , they helped us to then purchase the best one for us , when we went back into the store the staff was very friendly and very helpful so thank you bed for backs .

After a not pleasant experience with some dude from Brighton bed4backs, I decided to drive to Dandenong and it was worth the drive. Complete opposite. Super friendly, helpful and got what I needed! Will be back, even it’s a 40minute drive. Coz the Brighton male staffer from today has to catch up to 2020 and leave is prejudice at home. Thanks bed4backs Dandenong!!!

My husband and myself have had a wonderful experience at our local beds for backs. A young gentleman by the name of Troy helped us with our purchase of a new bed. Although we didnt choose the most expensive of beds his attention to our needs were fully met with him explaining in full all we required to know. don't go in here if you don't want the hard sell, good beds but we couldn't get out of there. choose not to buy one as I couldn't bare to go back.
