Well when it comes to service emails hardly none but when you get a bill its like every week they send you a email and even post you a overdue notice out ..i was forced to go with them as my solar panels where i got the WENT BANKRUPT so diamond took over ..well cut a long story short ..i want my panels moved so i can access my gutters for cleaning ..they said they cant be moved ..i was told they can be by having a person come out physically have a look NOT ON GOOGLE MAPS OR A PIECE OF PAPER i always thought the customwr was always right well i guess the little people arent shame on them .....had the dolar maintainence people out well over a month ago ..shocking no email to tell me their coming no email from diamond energy stating their sending someone out either ... plus the solar maintainance people took no care about the tiles on my roof the gutter people told me the tiles had infact been moved and that they are responsible to fix it up

This company is deplorable and conniving.Firstly, they connected the wrong house at their error. Then, after connecting the power and our house and signing up for and receiving information for a residential plan, have been charging us for a business tariff at their error. They also started charging us for the house they accidentally connected.It’s been a massive hassle holding them accountable for their constant errors. It shouldn’t be the customers job to follow up with a company to fix their problems. While we have hoped to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance, they are always extremely unprofessional and quite frankly plain rude. Every time we have reached out to them they try to blame us even though we have actual records of their fault. It is evident that they do not want to accept liability so we don’t prosecute them.As soon as we are reimbursed we will be changing providers and highly encourage anyone reading this to never use this service.

Absolute shocker in regards to customer service from the entry level right up the to Key Accounts Manager. Total lack of knowledge, resolution skills and more preoccupied with arguing, being rude and defensive then reaching solutions and fixing the issue. Diamond Energy will seem fine until you actually have an issue to resolve. Worst customer sevice experience I have had with any buisness ever. Such a shame as the company's green ethics are the best in Australia. Totally Devastating. Time to move to Energy Locals! They will spend time getting customer service to respond to these reviews but I bet nothing helpful comes from that. It is just optics.

What a great company. We're finally with an energy provider that's competitive and passes on the savings when they can. I feel morally obligated to use renewables when it comes to my energy use, as should all people on this planet, Diamond Energy provides that and keeps it simple. Have recommended to my family and friends.

Very rude customer service person on the phone. Not at all helpful and no customer service used. Continually cut off conversation and didn't allow any explanation of the situation.

These guys are amazing. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but this is genuinely the best experience I’ve had with a utilities provider.. ever!? Changing to 100% renewable energy felt so great, was actually cheaper than what we were previously paying and the set up was so easy. Also, the customer service is amazing. It feels really personable, everyone I’ve spoken to over the years seems really genuine and are so quick to respond. Their referral programs are great too, we’ve recommended so many of our friends to them. HIGHLY recommend making the switch.

Diamond energy pay me 5.2 cents a kWh for every kWh that I export to them and they charge me more than 4 times that much to supply me 1 kWh. I give them more than double what they give to me and I’ve got to pay them. As far as I am concerned that is theft.

They don't respond to emails/messages through their customer portal. They don't send out a welcome letter or an offer summary" as they are supposed to. Signed up because of their green credentials

I signed up based on this company's environmental credentials which looked good. I joined on Monday for a Friday connection, and also called to speak to customer service on Tuesday to make sure it would be connected in time. When I turned up to the property with a moving truck, the meter was disconnected. The network provider confirmed they hadn't received an order. I couldn't get through to Diamond Energy on the phone lines at all, and tried leaving a message and emailing but didn't receive a response the same day. It was 4:45pm on a Friday but I was able to get through to a different retailer who signed me up and put in an order while I was on the line.
