Superb service and great food. Couldn’t be any better.Hot chocolate, cappuccino and chai latte were too good.Spicy scrambled eggs on toast and the pulled pork burger were too good.Exceptionally tasty food. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and is sure to come back.

My fiance and I love going here! Third time going and all three times have been absolutely wonderful!!Delicious food and amazingly happy service.I have a couple of photos of some delicious meals we had and I would highly recommend trying the Bircher Bowl for something light and the Grilled Mushroom Burger if you're not feeling very meaty.The grilled chicken was also perfect cooked! Super tasty too!!10/10 I really love going here!

I decided to go to Griller’s Mark with a few friends who had been here a few times and highly recommended me to try. It’s a plus point as the meat is Halal. We ordered a few items but we were keen to try the beef ribs - large size. once we received our order It was shocking to see the portion of beef ribs were really smaller than usual and didn’t have barely much edible meat. We were disappointed and decided to negotiate with them and finally the chef agreed to give us another set of ribs to compensate - appreciate the chef understanding the concern. We were keen and asked why the ribs were smaller than usual size, we were told they prepare the ribs by weight, so if the ribs have heavier bones and less meat it’s not your lucky day. Something this restaurant could think and improve as customers wouldn’t want to pay for bone weight. However, The taste and texture of the meat was good, I’d recommend the food. The staff were ready to listen and address our concern which made our experience a good one. Go try the ribs here, it’s amazing.

Warm and well lit, with really quality meals. Opposite the Regent Cinema, we had the single mark's burger and lamb ribs. The ribs were amazing, fall off the bone, beautifully charcoal and flavouring was delicious. The burger was also great.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in ballarat. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had at Griller’s Mark. Highly recommend!

Best burger I’ve ever had OMGOrdered a signature beef burger add a normal serve of chips.Very thick and juicy wagyu patty with fresh veggies and flavorful sauce. Did not taste greasy at all in fact was so AMAZING .Chips were with flaky salt and herb. Crispy and ADDICTIVE.Service was great. Their kitchen is very clean, chefs are wearing caps and gloves when cooking.Will definitely come back soon☺️Thanks for making my day!

Simply put.. wow!A Melbourne family that has enjoyed their fair share of local quality burger, ribs n wings establishments, and this place is one of the best we've been to. Fresh tasting quality food, friendly service and is just a cut above the rest. I highly recommend.

Great place for burgers and steak. The steak was well seasoned (just a bit of salt) and cooked perfectly. The Greek salad was delicious. Service? Service with a smile, what more can you ask for. Side note. Had a take away latte, it was spot on. Perfect cup.
