From my 1st call to the completed move, I cannot thank Kurt and his crew enough. This was a difficult deceased estate move and they made it seamless, easy, caring and totally reliable. Turned up on the day, on time and let me know every step of the way. Thank you and recommend them highly.

Learnt one lesson dealing with these removalists is that get a detailed quote from these blokes. Verbal agreements leaves you wide open.This business lacks formal completion of quotes and invoices.Which is really their duty to be more transparent. Customers shouldn't have to worry about traffic hold ups. It's like bricklayers charging extra because of flies.

I wouldn't recommend these guys, unless you don't care they damage your expensive items. We paid $1100 for the whole house moving on one of the Saturday, they done the job very quickly in few hours with 5 people, however, there are multiple expensive items have damage/scratches (we didn't even check the cheaper items). Contact the owner, he came up and just kept making apology. He mentioned he could possibly repair some of the damage items, after one month of waiting no phone calls or message about repairing the damage items.

We recently moved from Melbourne to Launceston using Coastal Removals (March 2019) . Kurt answered our email enquiries promptly and gave us a quote via email. We self-packed prior to pickup. We had 115+ boxes, several beds, a lounge, some other furniture and bits and pieces so we went with the quote of a 20ft container. (I measured all the boxes to have a good idea of the volume). Kurt arranged for Highton Removals to do the pick up from the Melbourne end. The guys did a superb job of loading the container. Boxes were loaded from floor to ceiling, everything was secured and padded with removal blankets, and there was no wasted space. They followed our directions re lifting a delicate hall stand and there was no damage to anything at the other end. The Coastal Removal guys in Launceston were very accommodating in following our directions re which rooms to put the boxes and furniture in. Pick up and drop off occurred on the day as arranged. A stress free move. I have no hesitation in recommending Coastal Removals.

Some very enjoyable conversations with Kurt in the planning, followed by excellent service from Matt and Phil at a far better price than any other quote. Very punctual, extra careful with my precious piano, polite and friendly. Excellent job!

I have used Coastal Removals several times over years.Every move consistently guys cant do enough to help, the are hard working strong polite funny even helped me put storage units together nothing was a hassle. Never felt like a number but a valued customer a friend.Last moving day i had very sad phone call while they were at my house and they were just so caring really looked after me.I recommend Kurt and his guys to everybody. Paul and his team moved us from tas to Perth, a monumental job. I could always count on Paul to take our phone calls and he was always upfront and honest. His team work professionally and were friendly.I appreciated that Paul sent two different guys to load containers, this was a monumental job and those guys work very hard.
