Just popped into the shop for an anniversary present. Hadhelp and walked out with two gifts. It's a lovely shop, helpful and polite staff and well priced for Bowral which was really nice awith a good variety of stock. I am extremely happy. I sat and reflected upon my experience and the visit which has made me feel quite happy. The shops suits both males and females. It's a lovely shop and thank you.

Was welcome with a very engaging smile and did not pressure sale anything. Felt very relaxed with going through crystals and body soaps for men. Bought a crystals not many but an introduction to crystals and a men's body soap. Thanks Catherine for being so warm and welcoming and will come back to your shop next time coming through Bowral. Via word of mouth I heard about Lakshmi's massage at Equilibrium Collections in Bowral so I booked a 90 minute Crystalline Matrix Healing. Having experienced massages all over the world i can honestly say my experience was profound, Lakshmi took me to another place, she is a healer. Look forward to working with her again

I want to start off this review as positive, because I did genuinely love this shop. It had great vibes, the owner was lovely and helpful and even though I felt everything was a tiny bit overpriced, I was okay with it because I believe in supporting small businesses.That being said however, I went in recently and immediately felt very uncomfortable. The new women working there, particularly the older blonde woman is quite rude and I felt extremely judged. The vibes currently feel very negative and I felt like none of the employees made an effort to make me or my group feel welcomed. In fact, we all felt completely and utterly ignored. I wonder if that was because they had already formed opinions of us based on our looks.I hope this shop can eventually go back to being a wonderful place that people actually want to be in. I recently purchased 3 products from the Equilibrium Natural Collection range - I am beyond happy with them. It has taken me many years (and might I add quite a few dollars) to find a product which is 100% natural - ethically sourced - and best of all works in the way it is meant to. I have very sensitive skin and almost EVERY product I have EVER tried makes my cheeks glow red and my skin to feel irritated. Not the Equilibrium products - as soon as I used them my skin felt cool - calm and soothed. I should also mention that delivery was very quick and packaging was excellent - no chance of damage to the product. It is also wonderful to know you can easily contact them if need be if you have any questions. This is my first ever Google Review so that is an indication of how highly I think of their products. It may sound a bit out there but I truly believe as they are hand made and come from a place of love this is also why their products are so wonderful.......................

Nothing against the product or anyone. However, I found the staff a little tricky. I went in with one of my daughters, and she greeted us in a friendly manner and introduced us to one of the products. I was not interested and left without buying the product as we already had what we needed and best for her skin. Then my husband visited the shop with the same daughter in less than one hour and reintroduced the same product to him. He bought the product, which we did try it but unfortunately didn't work with us. The bottom line is that I just don't like how the staff seemed to not respect one opinion and went to another to sell the same products. Thank you for trying to help anyway.

I love Skin Rescue which has cleared dermatitis for me as well as soothed radiotherapy burns for me.The Sleep Easy essential oils help me with getting to sleep at night.Love their products.

Inga is amazing, totally understanding and kind soul, she helps you find what you need to heal and the products are devine.

I developed dermatitis/eczema on my hands approx 12 months ago after having covid. I have tried many creams and lotions to no avail. My hands were swollen, red raw, skin was cracked and split, itchy and sore, they would peel and were very painful, I had to wear gloves because they were unsightly and to protect them. I started using Skin Rescue in conjunction with Peace and Calm Balm on my hands approx 1 month ago the improvement is incredible - there is no more pain and my hands are almost back to normal.Thank you Cassarne and Inga for putting me on to these wonderful products.
