I drove to this Coles especially tonight for the first time ever as my local Coles was closed.It is advertised everywhere as closing at midnight, and there is large signage all around the store saying they shut at midnight seven days a week.At 11:40pm the young guy said on the speaker the store will be closing in 5 minutes. And then at 11:45pm kept repeating that the store is now closed and the carpark is locking up. Is this not illegal?? I will be making a formal complaint.Absolutely ridiculous. I have never been to any other Coles who does this.

Very poor service. Waited a very long time at the checkout. The poor girl was doing her best but another checkout should have been opened. Puts me off going to this store again.

Mistreatment in job interview.I stated to the interviewer I was lifting way above 25kg as a former team leader. He continued to ask me if I can handle this. He also asked me some inappropriate questions and belittled me when he had the chance in view of a co-worker.I have sent a complaint both to ColesGroup and Coles Complaint. No Response, it shows you what type of company you are dealing with.I am expecting disciplinary action to be taken.

Big shop. Good for Halal meat lovers!! You will find middle easterns food and Indian food too. Team members are great.
