Great storage facility. I have used other facilities but by far this is the best. Joe is AWESOME to deal with! Absolutely fantastic service. He is a top bloke and goes out of his way to help you.

Staff are helpful and easy access to storage unit

Probably the rudest and most unhelpful and untrustworthy staff I've ever dealt with. Definitely do not recommend. Could not be trusted as far as I could dribble.

Got my parcel but they were a little defensive yet somewhat reasonable but indeed helpful and it was nice to see engaged fresh faces that were somewhat reasonably considerate about my issue but all was good in the end and I hope to see them again

Very poor customer service. Staff member Amy is extremely rude, aggressive and incapable of listening or offering customers any sort of resolution to their enquiries.

Awful experience. Ive rented there since 2007. Most managers very helpful. Last 2 - absolute nightmare. No social skills, no tact. Very officious.Had an issue in signing a document that was foisted on me as an introduction to new manager. I said i needed to speak to superior.As leaving office, she sarcastically said “have a nice day”. I said i wont until the issue is cleared up. She said “ then have the day you deserve”…. Superior never rang me despite staff at centre and at Brisbane help desk promising he would… National Storage have been taking extra charges without authorisation. This area too short to convey concerns. It is now 4 days later…. Still no contact from area manager…

Paid, access code given but code not working on the day. Removalist arrived at 7am, had to drop my stuffs on the street. Finally got a call back at 8. Asked me to try many codes but finally got one working, again blocked on lift then tried ~10 codes to make it work.I paid $2000 bucks for the removalist but due to the stupid National storage I had to call friends and cover their expenses to move everything ourselves. Not recommended to anyone who wants reliable service. Worst experience ever.
