I went to this pharmacy to have a driver history and license details document certified but was turned away, despite explaining to the male pharmacist that VicRoads only issues a digital copy, of which I had evidence for. This was very frustrating as I need this completed for a job application that is very important to me. Thankfully, I was able to go to Australia Post who was more than happy to help me. I suppose if you aren't up to date with a service you are providing you should not be doing so.

Terrible customer service. The staff just couldn’t be bothered serving me in an empty store nor help me find a product - which I eventually found myself. Wish I hadn’t given them my money.There are so many Chemists to choose from nowadays - go to them instead.

This is my first visit to this pharmacy. I wanted to get my blood pressure checked,Narelle who was in the counter was friendly and requested me to sit for five minutes. She is one of the best sales consultant I have come across. She spoke to me nicely and made me very uncomfortable. Fantastic job Jayson Atkin pharmacy, Well done. This pharmacy is in the Niddrie shopping centre opposite Woolworths

Great friendly staff and amazing range, lots of gift ideas and other items as well as a good range of pharmacy products. They also are currently (May 2023) involved in the Terracycle blister backs recycling scheme - what a great thing for the local community. Hope to support you more as a way to say thanks!
