Bupa Dental Pelican Waters

Wonderful welcome and treatment from all staff. Thank you all.

For personal reasons I had to find a new dentist and decided to go to Bupa, Dental, Pelican Waters. From the very start they have been so understanding of my situation. Maddie, Shay, and all the nurses are superb. Big shout out to the best, and gentlest, Hygienist I have ever seen Ashleigh Cooper. I am now going every 3 months as she is so good.Having just had my first 2 crowns fitted by Dr Scott Heather, I have to say I have nothing but praise for him. I was very nervous but he put me at ease and did not make me feel silly for being that way. He was patient and explained everything he did. I have had one other dentist that was that good and finding another was always going to be tough and emotional for me. Thankfully this dentist, hygienist and the whole practise delivers the best service. If it let me score you 12 out of 10 - I would do that!!

Extremely friendly, making you feel very comfortable. Guiding through every step, making it worry free. My 4 year old asked if he can go to dentist every day !

The best experience I’ve had with a dentist in Queensland! For someone who really hates to go to the dentist like myself, that’s your place! Dr Mutaz Farjian is very professional, he gets the job done very smoothly with always making sure that you are feeling comfortable. All the team was very friendly and helpfully too. I highly recommend him!

I would like to leave a review for the way I was treated at Pelican waters Bupa dental. My preferred dentist was not available today but the dentist Alex was extremely good and made sure I was comfortable during the whole appointment.
