I would highly recommend Access Self Storage in South Melbourne. The facility is well organized and easy to get around. The staff are friendly and helped my family when I was not available for them at the time. Good location, good price and easy to access the storage anytime!! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER from Melbourne.

This storage facility is conveniently located and has adequate on-site parking. They have a very good selection of units from small lockers to garage size, and offer 50% discount for 3 months for return customers. Staff are great, and very responsive to customers

The staff is super friendly and helpful with detailed information and instructions based on your needs. The price is also reasonable with free van rental (only a $25 insurance fee)

Good service, friendly staff. However the storage units are very old. The whole place needs a uplift getting quite outdated.

Kept my stuff here for a few months while I was moving house. Abdul is the man - very friendly and helpful manager. Good buzz with him chilling in the office having a yarn. The toffee sweets are unreal too, the only drawback is that the toffee:mint ratio in the sweet bowl needs a bit of work.

Oscar and Abdul are proper lads,Made me feel like I was at home chatting with old friends rather than at a store purchasing something.their friendly attitude and playful demeanour whilst looking out for me financially was a perfect mix of business and fun. Give these blokes a raise!

It always closes before the business hours which is 5pm (sometimes even before 4:30pm). Additionally, the instructions for access and collection are confusing. Always get trouble when coming here to pick up parcels or doing other business. I personally do not recommend this service for anyone.Try Wilson Storage or National Storage South Melbourne nearby. They are more convenient with better customer services.

Never had a storage container before, but these guys have made it super easy to work out what I needed and have been super helpful throughout the whole process of obtaining storage and moving my stuff into it. Couldn't be happier.
