Martin and his team solved water leaks we had lived with since a renovation 10 years prior. Neither the builders or anyone since had been able to resolve the leak. Martin and his high quality network managed everything involved from start to finish. I highly recommend this business for high quality, high care, experience, expertise, reliability, trustworthiness, genuineness and pricing fairness.

Called to see if we could get someone to come out and have a look at a stuck door we have. Martin answered the phone, was very rude and had no professionalism. He cut me off halfway through my sentence to tell me he can’t help me and I need to go to a locksmith even though the door needed to be taken off it’s hinges. Do not recommend this company at all

Mr Right Property maintainers get the thumbs up from me, they boarded, plastered and painted after an old gas wall heater, towel rails, old phone extension were removed from walls and dings in the eves. Jason doing the job was superb you honestly could not tell there had been anything there previously. In addition they mounted the dryer on the wall. I have a list of other jobs that I will be getting Mr Right to do and would not hesitate to recommend them, the tidiest tradies around! Thank you!

I have had an ongoing relationship with Mr Right for 18 months now and been a consistently happy customer. I have found Martin trustworthy, honest, competent and professional; and his team likewise. I use them to do maintenance both on my own home and on the site issues at my workplace. They have fixed broken fences, constructed new fences, released windows painted shut, installed flyscreens, diagnosed and fixed leaks inside and on the roof, hung pictures, replaced faucets and doors and unclogged drains - any problem I couldn't solve, they did. Work is always done professionally and without hassles and they clean up after themselves.It helps enormously to have an ongoing relationship with a team of tradespeople like Mr Right Maintenance rather than try to figure out for myself what kind of work I need done for each issue that arises and then compare quotes which I am not competent to understand.

Martin and team have done some great work for us over the past few years. They really can do almost anything.Our house had moved so much over the last few years that we couldn’t lock doors and there were big gaps around the frames so insects kept coming in. In one day they corrected all this without having to make any unsightly or costly structural changes. I wouldn’t have thought it possible and I’m an engineer ! Seriously impressed.

We started using this business to locate and repair a leak that damaged a paquetry floor in an expensive rental property.We solved the problem by building a glass roof over an external balcony .New boards were fitted to match the existing floor skirting boards replaced and painted.Perfect job.Since then we have used the business for all of our maintenance and when the problem has been urgent we get immediate attention.Hope this helps they are very good at what they do and high end tenants can be demanding.Cheers David

I called Martin as I was having no luck fixing a roof repair. Prior to calling Martin I had three separate tradies attend the roof leak, including a leak specialists. Ryan, who attend the job, actually thought through the problem instead of putting another layer of silicone over where the leak might be occurring. It's hard to find reliable and honest trade persons and for the two days work the price was more than reasonable. I can't recommend Martin and his team enough, I will be using them moving forward.

Martin and his team of talented Carpenters assisted us in a significant restoration to the front and side of our Californian Bungalow. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the final result.

I highly recommend Mr Right. They did some home repairs on our 15 yo townhouse - solving water leaks, relaying roof covering on a balcony, sealing gaps around doors, installing a hand rail in stairway, etc. Quote process was honest and clear. Cheryl, who did the work, is highly skilled and pays 100% attention to detail. And she's a great communicator to boot - always consulted, always stayed in touch about timing, etc. Very happy! :-)

Did an excellent job in sealing up some ongoing roof and external wall water leaks in my townhouse and Martin did an excellent job addressing all of it and took his time to understand the building history and root causes. It's been 6 months and I must say they're pretty well sealed and no issues seen through wet weather period. Also replaced a deteriorated roof canopy. Reasonable pricing as well. Thank you team!
