I approached Claudia Jewellers for design ideas for a special ring to celebrate my 60th birthday. Scott and Fiona were very patient, understanding and seemed to know just what I wanted. Fiona designed the most spectacular ring, it is a piece of art and I absolutely love it. It's perfect.

Perfect experience. My now fiancé and I approached Claudia Jewellers to design an engagement ring. We worked with Scott who was so knowledgeable, considerate of our budget and nothing was a hassle to him. The DIF ring is absolutely perfect. I loved the elegant simplicity of the design. Scott was very respectful of my budget and I felt at ease knowing he'd source the best diamond I could afford. He definitely didn't disappoint. It was so exciting to be able to go in, take a look at the diamond and see the ring come together. I couldn't be happier with the end product, or the service from the whole Claudia Jewellers team. When it came time to propose, my finance also said yes, which is what it's all about.

Competitive pricing with project delivery within quoted times.One surprise was no responsibility taken if customer supplied gems are damaged. However this sounds like an industry standard that i was simply not familiar with. No damage to the gem i provided, and the product delivered was exactly to my (high) expectations.Overall a very pleasant process with great service. Scott very helpful and great to deal with. Would strongly consider them again and have no trouble recommending them to others.
