I walked in and stood by the desk waiting to be served and I wasn't acknowledged at all for about 5 minutes, I guess because I'm a male there is no need to greet me as my haircut is usually cheaper. There were hair dressers working near me about 2mt away and not once did someone say we'll be right with you" or "can you please take a seat and we'll get to you as soon as possible". They just acted like I wasn't there

I have been taking my 2 primary school aged daughter's here for years now and I must say Chloe is the best. It's not your wet down your hair with a spray bottle hair cut, it is the royal treatment, proper shampoo and conditioner, consulting on the cut and usually styled at the end with something a little different for the girls to walk away and feel special, at not much more than you would normally pay. So asolutely worth the visit, thank you, always happy to bring the girls here.Kind regards Angela Eastman

I first attended as a hair model for the ladies to do some training and they listened so well to what I did/didn't want. My hair looked and felt great afterwards. I have since been back and the ladies are very friendly and professional, my hair has never been better!
