I recently purchased a used TPS DO meter which is no longer in production, after contacting TPS they were more than happy to assist with identifying and providing spare parts for the unit to get it up and running. Given that the device is over 25 years old this is great service, and also speaks to the quality of the build of the meter which is working well. I'd happily do business with them again.

I'm a big fan of the TPS equipment. I use their gear in both the field and lab. I find them great to talk to on the phone and any time I've run into problems, they have been really quick to look into them and get them sorted. I really like how you can see the life of your probes, it gives me confidence in my results as NATA accredited facility.

Called Ben established lifespan of current probe, two of which have given at least 3 years of use in soil solutions. Ordered an intermediate junction probe on Monday just before close of business. Received new probe and extras at 11:00 Wednesday. Tested and up and running by 11:11. I’m on my second 90FLMV. I’ve used these for close to two decades. Simple durable, cost effective, and to a large extent Australian manufactured. Hopefully more Australian SME engineering will serve more fully a more discerning domestic market.

Our TPS pH and conductivity meters have lasted more than 20 years. Anytime there has been an issue, we've been able to get things repaired or parts replaced quickly, service is excellent.

TPS continue to provide high quality reliable instruments and servicing and calibration work on the gear they sell. Our Dissolved Oxygen meter is 22 years old and is still a reliable instrument to use. You can expect a very good service from this local company. I highly recommend them.
