Ridiculous wait times. If you shut down the only other Optus store in Chatswood Chase, please redirect some of their staff to Chatswood Westfield. Second weekend in a row I’m trying to see someone about changing a plan, which I wasn’t able to do on the phone. People come in and leave because they can’t afford to wait. When one walks in, there’s no one to great them to tell them how long the wait time is likely to be. If it’s a busy store, set up a mobile wait time service and txt people when it’s their place in line. Please help your own customers to get the service they need.

Wow, wondered about the 1 star reviews here then went into the store. Very rude passive/aggressive staff. Go to another store if at all possible. What a pity the Chatswood Chase store has closed, the guy that managed that was awesome.

I called 5 hours in advance to set up an account and was told to come in at 8. When I arrived manager Tim Wu told me to take a seat for a minute. I was sitting for 55 minutes before I asked someone what was going on. Turns out Tim (the manager) had gone on his hour long break the second he told me to sit. Not one staff member checked in with me, and when I finally asked they told me they were untrained and I had to wait for Tim to get back from break. Tim then came in and acted as if nothing had happened. He couldn’t even help me set my account up properly. I was sitting there for about 2 hours total just for the manager to be as useless as his staff. Tim needs some lessons in customer service. Telling someone to wait for a minute and then proceeding to go on your hour long break is unacceptable

Went in with so many things to be done and Henry provided us with good service and also great suggestions. He didn't hesitate to tell us what's not. Overall, he has good patience and polite. Thanks alot.

very bad service, went in there 3 times as they stuffed up my wife's migration from another network to Optus. other staff members unhelpful when the new staff working needed help.went to the city store the next day completely diff experience and finished the whole process without a glitch in 20 mins.
