Rooms were clean & fresh. After a very long day driving we were grateful for the restaurant on site. A mix of Australian & Indian food, table service was quick & friendly. All our dishes were delicious! The butter chicken I had was sooo good! Very happy. Definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay ,nice and clean rooms very friendly staff good food at the restaurant, only thing wrong I was in room 29 and the aircon is very noisy

Clean and comfortable rooms. Neat bathroom. We stayed there for 2 nights and we were satisfied. The car can be parked directly in front of the entrance to the room, as in a typical motel. Nice and professional service. I liked the rest area the most, where there was a grill and a few tables where you can relax and watch the sunset. The restaurant attached to the motel makes it easy to travel after a long drive.

Chose the standpipe for it’s Tesla charging point, but pleasantly surprised by this very friendly place to stay. Restaurant was a highlight, Indian menu is amazing. Great to meet the owner Davinda and hear about the fascinating history of the standpipe.

Clean, tidy and comfy beds.We used the swimming pool as was very hot, the ants around the gate and the only bench were that bad they were biting our feet trying to get in and out the gate, pool was not overly clean.Golf course looks great there.

We did a one night stopover at the Standpipe.Rooms are very comfy and shower was great. These are my two most important issues LOL. Checkin was very professional and easy.

Went there as a farewell dinner. The service and food was pretty good. It's great that the true flavours of India are present in this part of the country. Prices reasonable, menu choices varied, with vegetarian options. Sharing food is also an option with the supply of extra plates, and no issues with paying the bill separately.

We stopped here because we like their dining option of Indian food. They do it well, it's tasty and there's enough to eat at a reasonable price. The town is an obvious stop on the cross Aust drive. This place is in a top location and the dinners very good.
