My visit to this medical facility left me feeling really let down. Harpreet lacks patient management skills. I confessed to her that I experience stomach pain close to my chest. not in the chest, though. You have heart issues, she remarked, which made me feel even more frightened. After doing an ECG, she determined that you have a cardiac condition and made an emergency room call. She forbade me from returning home. My ECG was correctly examined inside ambulance . They said thar there is no problem in ECG. They transported me to the hospital, where a doctor checked the ECG and found that there was no problem. I was informed by the doctor that you are experiencing indigestion issue.  Therefore, you will experience pain. It's my first time seeing Harpreet Kaur. I'm not sure if she's ignorant or if they're just making money off of robbing others. Last but not least, I had to pay $195 to Harpreet, $650 to the ambulance, and perhaps $2600 for the overnight stay. I'm experiencing severe emotional stress and am running into financial issues as a result of seeing doctor Harpreet. Life is made worse by this.

Worst experience ever in Australia. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I had waited till 3:30 still didn’t get my turn.I had talked to the receptionist and returned from there. Time matters for everyone but they are not following the time what patients booked for.A single star review is more than enough for that place for me.

I waited more than half an hour after the time of the appointment. Zero management. Tough doctor. Worst doctor patient relationship. She doesn’t want to listen. The doctor I met today was somehow nervous and irritable. She said I was not listening to her and in fact she never listened to me. Her approach to me as a patient was aggressive. She accused me of wasting her time and I replied saying I paid what I owed. She was really a very weird type of doctors. I was really afraid of being slammed or hit by her. I don’t recommend this centre to anyone. I have the intention to report this to AHPRA.

Being in a busy atmosphere, she is one of most approachable doctors. She has extensive knowledge and does thorough assessment and continuous follow up if required. She takes patients concern very seriously and intervene accordingly.

Phoned for an emergency appointment as a new patient - no worries. Given appointment time, and advised to come in early to fill out paperwork as a new patient. Get to the appointment and fill out paperwork. Get told that there is a 45 minute wait. No worries. Discuss billing options. Go and get coffee. Come back and check in again. Sit down. Get told that you can't be seen by the doctor due to them not wanting to see new patients who want invoices. I said that's ok we will pay on card. Nope. They won't see you. After a weekend of being in pain, we should have been told this prior to coming in. Very disrespectful, unprofessional practice. If I knew where to make a complaint I would! Patients in the practice were all waiting a very long time to be seen. The atmosphere in the wait room was bad.

It was a very bad experience. I just had a rash from hives and wanted to see a doctor to make sure before travelling. The doctor saw my rash and acted in a very exaggerated way and finally told me that I might have cellulitis and that I would have to come back for a consultation tomorrow and that I might have to be admitted to hospital. I was very nervous and went to see another doctor that night. Another doctor told me it was nothing serious, it was just hives, I was given medicine and I have now recovered. When I asked if it was cellulitis, he told me it was absolutely impossible because if it was cellulitis, I would feel very Sick. When in fact I just have a rash and itching. In a word, I do not recommend this doctor at all. She wasted my time and the $80 consultation fee without correct judgment. She wrongly diagnosed my condition and expected me to spend $80 again for a meaningless consultation the next day. It's hard to imagine the doctor being so incompetent.

Very unprofessional.Dr Kaur stopped me mid sentence to pick up her phone and call reception to tell them she had left her lunch in the toaster.I was disclosing very sensitive medical history and she was hardly listening because her lunch might burn.We won’t be back.
