The business requested a review of their service which I have submitted but I also thought I should also write a review of their service through Google for the rest of the planet to see. My experience with PW & Co has been nothing short of highly professional, friendly and superb and they’re magicians when it comes to vehicle body repair. They do outstanding body work! I just had the rear bumper repaired on my BMW X5 and in every respect it appears as a brand new bumper, probably better than the original. It was not a straight forward job. The parts, which are difficult to acquire during Covid, had to be sought. Mike Wilkinson phoned me up and was honest enough to ask if it was ok to use a non-visible second hand part, not a new one, which would have taken weeks to arrive from Germany for my model. Most repairers would have just gone ahead and ordered parts from any source without you knowing, but not PW. This company is efficient, honest, customer focussed and direct and is an example to all similar business around the world of how a professional smash repair business should run. To top it off, they placed a Xmas Koala teddy bear on the passenger seat of my car when the work was presented to me with a handshake.An absolutely outstanding business. Gee, I wish the rest of the worlds business was run like PW and Co!Will be going to see them again. It goes without saying - highly recommended unreservedly.

Had my BMW X5 in for repairs to some accident damage and they did a great job. Very happy to have got it done here.

Our Car was damaged just before Christmas and Peter Wilkinson have looked after my families cars for about 10 years. After touching base with Michael and a quick inspection the car was booked in the next week and completed as promised before the Christmas break.Workmanship is exceptional and they even put a Christmas bear in the car for my daughter which was very thoughtful. Had my CT200H Lexus in for rear quarter panel repair, car came back like new. Excellent work. Work done about 2 years ago, just had my car in a dent repair at my new insurance companie's repairer. I'll have to take it back to be redone. I'll be letting my insurance company know what I think of their repairer.

I visited Peter Wilkinson & Co a few months ago now for a major repair job on my beloved Subaru Forrester (turbo) I was so relieved to have chosen these guys to look after my pride and joy.I was fortunate enough to have met with Michael Wilkinson the owner. He was just fantastic and actually took me on a full factory tour. He was happy to explain how he started in panel and paint over 30 years ago on the factory floor. He now owns and runs this fantastic work shop. You can tell by the cleanliness of the floor that these guys truly care about their work.In what is obviously an extremely stressful situation (the damage of your car), the whole team at Peter Wilkinson & Co ensured that I was informed and up to date at all times. They used only genuine parts and the repair job is flawless. They really made me feel special.And the end result? Just superb. Mike assured me that my Forrester would be as good as new, and they did not disappoint. I’m a very happy customer.They even gave it a full detail!!!

Happy with the service. Good attitude and they cleaned the car inside out after repairs.

I decide to get Peter Wilkinson to do some work for my SL this month..David is the guy to speak to and the service and work is flawless.I was going to go elsewhere but so glad I talked to David.Total profesionalism.He even found a colour match button to cover the manual roof opening bolt hole.Job is beautiful, on time, on budget and great people to deal with.Thank you so much Dave and the team.

A truly professional outfit. My vehicle was run into , so my insurance claimed against other drivers insurance. A completely painless exeperience, as Mike and his team handled everything. I have used PW&Co before and their work is first rate, coupled with professional and courteous service.My insurer wanted me to use another repairer but I insisted on using PW&Co. Glad I did. Wen I picked up vehicle it looked like it had had a fulll detail!
