Had to book my Prado in here due to service due whilst on holidays, thankfully they were able to complete though busy even gave the car a wash!

After a standard service, it was documented that my front brakes had only 4mm left on the brake pads.Naturally I got onto it…I paid for new and spent a cpl of hours changing them only to find they had at least 8mm AND no mention of a cv joint that is in bad shape that was easily seen when the wheel was off. I called to discuss as I’m now unsure if they even performed the service. Got a bit of a sorry and that was it.So we have a $350 service with incompetent mechanics and a low grade apology.Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.*pics of brake pads they said were at 4mm. The coin is 3mmIf these mechanics are performing repairs based on recommendations like this, people are getting seriously ripped off and are driving very unsafe cars.
