I have always found dealings with IMG to be very professional. Product is way above much of what is available in the mass market. Choice can be hard as so many options but in the end you get the right fit for purpose !

We purchased an IMG recliner in leather and were very happy with our purchase. As my grandchildren know it is my favorite place in the lounge it is a family joke that they run to sit in it before grandad canCraig

I’d highly recommend IMG recliners. The price tag did initially put me off (at $2k each) but 2 years on, I think it’s one of my best investments. So comfy and very well made. I bought 2 of the blue leather. The color range is just beautiful. Img after service is great. When they arrived, they were abit stiff to kick in but a lovely man came out straight away to adjust and they’ve been fine ever since.

Amazing ... we couldn't be happier with a pair of IMG electric recliners we purchased specifically for use in our caravan. Compared to other recliners in the market, we were impressed with their exceptional, compact, stylish design & rechargeable battery capability.Best decision ever. After long hours on the road towing the van to our next destination, nothing beats the absolute luxury and comfort of an IMG recliner, no matter where you put your feet up in Australia! Chair battery is easily rechargeable, but we haven't needed to do this very often while travelling. Fantastic customer service from IMG when I needed to know how to remove the bases of the chairs. FIVE STARS for style, design, comfort, quality and customer service. Highly recommended.

Do not buy an IMG Space Power 5300 electric reclining armchair. They are definitely a comfort FAIL. The seat is so hard they cannot be sat in for more than short periods of time. They are very expensive rubbish (albeit they look good).

Great people, passionate and so knowledgeable about their products. High pedigree as they have all been involved in their industry in Australia for decades.They knew what I was after and recommended the perfect chairs for my wife and I. We can't recommend these folks highly enough.

One of the best things about having an IMG recliner (we have 2 in our TV room for over 5 years now), is that it delivers excellent, total head to toe body comfort (especially lower back), without being one of those big bulky recliners. The seperate IMG footstool further lets you adjust your seating comfort for your size; as well as being another seat, if needed. Never get tired of relaxing in our IMG recliners!!!

My request for a repair was handled promptly and courteously and carried out under warranty. I am pleased with our recliner chairs and IMG service.

We love our Chelsea suite, it is one of the most comfortable recliners we had. The service has been fantastic! Strongly recommend both product and service at IMG Comfort
