This place is a right joke. They absolutely destroyed my hair. Leaving the bleach on for over 45 minutes with a 20vol bleach when it was already quite blonde. It just really needed a nice tone.Then don't know how tone correctly. Then just ripped at my hair when trying to comb out the hug knots made when shampooing my hair. As I already have curly hair and explained she might need to use a wide tooth comb she went and got a cutting comb and tryed to use that. Both the bush and the comb had other peoples hair in them and where not disinfected at all. I gave this salon two goes and they failed both times. If makes me wonder how they can operate some of the things they were said I would not expect to hear from a qualified hairdresser. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to bella may

Very poor serviceMy hair had to brush it m myself,brush was so dirty an full off hair had to ask to get it clean, the boss was so loud and didn't stop talking about her ex an stuff, got braides which was done by young lass maybe 16 and didn't want her to get I'm trouble both braids hair coming out an the back was loped sided, I wouldn't recommend this salon as I won't ,

Getting my hair done here was amazing - I paid $100 less than I usually do at my old salon and my hair colour is so much more vibrant!! Plus all the ladies who work there are a laugh ♥️
