Update 2:Still no phone call or accountability for the simple fact that Couriers Please lost my package for over a week and took no action whatsoever to do anything about that (apparently a bunch of internal emails to 'follow up' is their definition of great customer service). Would definitely not use again...even to the point of not purchasing online from a 3rd party if they use Couriers Please.************************Original Feedback:Apprently the package couldn't be delivered because of roadworks... but access to our home has never been affected.Then the package never made it to the depot...and has apparently been riding around with the driver... who they can't contact either.Their customer care team can only communicate internally via email (no phone)... and after a week of following up every day, they still have no idea where the package is.It took 2 days for the package to go from the sender to the delivery driver... it's 5 days and counting for the package to go from the driver to the depot...Their version of customer service is Don't worry... I'll follow up (via email)".No care

Don't use this company. I ordered some items, I gave specific delivery instructions, 1. Call ahead to ensure I could be there to receive and 2. Leave in a safe place if I was not home. I was at home looking out for the courier. He arrived and just dumped them in front of the door (not a safe place) and drove off. The packaging all torn, the items had obviously been thrown around. I sent a complaint directly to CouriersPlease for them to follow-up with the driver. I hope the reply to this comment won't just be the standard reply that I see they give to all others on Google Reviews. Hopefully it will contain some substance that they did indeed take action against the driver.--and now a little later---And indeed they did reply with the standard response with a website link... If they read my review they would have already seen that I sent them a complaint via their website. What a joke.

Terrible service and zero accountability - would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a Samsonite luggage (which was not cheap) and was advised if I was not there to receive the delivery the courier would leave a note in my mailbox to arrange a pick up at the delivery centre. Once I got the email from Couriers Please I tracked it and changed the date of delivery to ensure I was home plus in the delivery notes I added my phone number and instructions not to leave it outside my block of apartments (where the mailboxes are as parcels are stolen by people walking by on the street). On the delivery day, it was left on the outside and I didn't get a call nor was a note left in my mailbox - tracking indicated it had been delivered. I contacted Courier Please (couldn't find a phone number to get through to them but managed to get through to chat) and asked for a photo where they dropped it off (to see if it was left in the building next door), and was told they didn't have a photo available. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Judging by the number of reviews offering 1 star (and 0 if they could), I am not the first to experience poor service. We provided clear instructions about delivery as we knew no one would be home on the scheduled day. We nominated a later day when we knew someone would be home to accept delivery. Our instructions were completely ignored and the delivery went ahead on the wrong day. The system seems to be managed (if you could call it that) by something called 'Shippit', which is utterly infuriating as it is impossible to speak with a human being to resolve issues. Everything is automated (computer says). This not the first time Couriers Please has bungled deliveries to us. Like another post I read, we no longer deal with any business which ships via Couriers Please and certainly would never use them to arrange a delivery.

Well it has now been 7 days since I placed an order for parcel pick-up from my address.. the pick-up up truck never arrived. 7 days later, 14 emails later, multiple contact attempts and zero response as to when my parcel is going to be picked up that I've paid the service for.Reading all these reviews it's a wonder how this company is even still trading.If you can't deliver on your service couriers please, then stop taking peoples money.Zero stars out of five.

Every time my mail is delivered through CouriersPlease it is never a pleasant experience. The first time they left my parcel out on the STREET in the middle of the CBD, even though my delivery instructions were very clear. Luckily someone was home or it would have gotten stolen outside our building... pure incompetency.Today I've received two different emails about the exact same parcel and both have told me different things- one says my parcel HAS been delivered and the second says sorry we missed you" Then I called the 1800 number (which is a robot) and keyed in my tracking number and they told me it's scheduled to be delivered and they sent me into a chat with an agent who told me my parcel was delivered.Which one is it??? Maybe you would have better reviews if you had an actual customer service line we can talk to.Will not be using this service again and I will be avoiding ordering things from places who use you.Absolutely atrocious customer service and lack of care. DO better."

We sent a package to one of our dealers. They got a call from a woman saying she found the package dumped at the end of her driveway. They went for a drive to collect the package.At the end of the day the tracking showed find package don't know where it is."Somehow they claim it was delivered the following day and that it was signed for by "Dres." Not sure how they delivered a package and got a signature when the package had been in our possession for almost 24 hours.CPWAGVP300008110001"

Don’t even bother with this company 6 times I’ve tried to contact in regards to my delivery and only one response it has been delivered! But it hasn’t yet arrived and saying I signed when I couldn’t have because I was on other side of town that time of day! Also taken over a week now when just going from Sydney to Brisbane! Can not talk to a single person either about my dispute everything is online or a Bot 1 star rating isn’t low enough hopeless service

I ordered a parcel and paid for delivery. It supposedly was attempted to be delivered to my house and failed. I tried to ask couriers to actually send it to my house but they insisted I go to their storage facility to pick it up. I was sick at the time and could not. And guess what, I turned up around two weeks later to pick it up, and the package was gone. Apparently the pick up period is seven days. I was never notified or told this information. Now I am struggling to work with customer service get my package. All this work and such horrible communication and service from this company. Please improve your service.
