Kleva Range - It's Kleva, It's Simple, It Works

BE WARNED This company offer poor quality products. They supplied a Massage Unit that after the third use no longer worked. They stated that because it was 5 months out of warranty they would not replace it. When asked if the owner of the company James Cheney was available we were advised he does not speak to customers BUT obviously its O.K. to take their money.WILL NOT BE BUYING OFF THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.POOR PRODUCTS...POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NEXT TO NONE.

I placed my order 11 days ago, and still have no idea where it is. No tracking number has been provided, and when I called Kleva Range, they told me the product is with Couriers Please, but they can't give me a tracking number because the courier hasn't given them one; and they can't tell me where the order is now. This is not satisfactory, and it certainly isn't good customer-service. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Got the exercise bike delivered today and put it together using the video available with all the tools already supplied it was very easy. Works really well just as they say. Got a great price, got prompt shipping, highly recommend it.

I bought the circulation cycle and it is great. Fast delivery and easy to put together. I had a small issues with the pedals and left 3 messages for call back, no one did. Pretty cranky about that. But i called again and got a great guy who told me how to fix my issue. Overall pretty good.

I brought the pruning pack. The handle come off the pruners and they are going to send a replacement straight away. Very easy to use.

Order item in august, it’s now October and the item has not been received. I have contacted Kleva multiple times, they keep fobbing me off with excuses and are now ignoring me. They promised to refund my postage and didn’t, they have refused to refund the item. I am $110 out of pocket for 3 months with no item in sight. I will now have the hassle of lodging a complaint with fair trading. Very disappointed and put out.

We have bought several of your products, and have been very impressed by them. I do have a series complaint about the delivery and the company you use. Couriers Please sent me a message and a email telling me your package was coming. I replied by saying that they could leave the package in a safe place. We have been home all day, and when I went outside I found a delivery card saying they had attempted to deliver and nobody was home .I then rang Courier please to be told I had to pick my parcel up from a popshop which was miles from our house and very inconvenient. The customer service and the whole handling of the delivery was quite disgusting. I'm just letting you know how your delivery people handle things. Keep your great products coming, as we love them all.

Omg do not use this company... I don't go in for all the TV adds but was interested in trying the new non stick range... Around the 3rd of October I got a card stating they attempted delivery but was home all day... So instead of leaving it at a POPShop like the company uses as have others out their that have picked up for this service for Couriers Please... They left a card for re-delivery... When I contacted the Kleva range people they state that it was delivered and left without signature... Now after spending over $249 I still don't have their products let alone a sometimes response from either company. Re-delivery on the 6th of October 2020 never happened and now it's from both Kleva and this choice of courier that nothing has happened and I still haven't received the goods I've paid for. I'm now taking it further and warm anyone else using either company to be warned. It has cost me and don't want it to cost you. Don't use this company!

I had ordered the 7 piece diamond earthware deal with the bonus steamer and 3 piece knife set. I did not receive my products after i had rang through to the company to change the address as it was an older address from a few years ago. (To cut a long story short) and after numerous phone calls to Klevarange and the Couriers Please courier company DAYS IN ADVANCE to change the address to the correct address, my product still got delivered to the wrong address (old address).I had to go around to the address and ask the tenants of the house if they had received a package or box delivered by the klevarange and courier company, which they denied having received any package. Now my pots and pans that I payed for is missing or some dishonest person out there is enjoying my pots and pans and I’m $249 out of pocket and left with nothing! (obviously not the end of the world). All because someone did not do or couldn’t be bothered doing their job properly and change a simple address, which I would of be willing to pay a $9.95 address change or transfer fee.I will never use or buy anything from KlevaRange ever again!
