Really loved the bag I hired , came in a cute box with a kind message , arrived on time and so easy to order from and return . Can’t wait for next big event to be booking again . Thank you

I ordered a purse for a wedding in November and received it in September on a completely different date. I Have tried contacting through message messenger email and calling and have had no response! The purse seems dirty and the ysl logo looks like it has been glued on.. I am still looking to hire a purse though I am not going to go through this business because they are way too unreliable and there has been no communication on their behalf. She has also requested I have it sent back on the third day at a post office which will be a Sunday and they are not open so I assume she will charge me for this as well. Pitty because she could have made a lot more money if she was legit.

The owner of the store kept blinking at me, very excessively I'm unsure if she had something in her eye, it was very uncomfortable. Then she carried on about breakfast and how much she likes the GYM. She also questioned my choice in music and was very upset when I told her I liked 80s music. I am unsure what this has to with bag hire.

Was hoping to provide a positive review as I am aware that some of these look fake (which is disappointing) but unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience.Ordered a bag a month before the arrival date. Was told two days before it was due to arrive that it had not come back from a previous hire, so not available and to pick another bag. No other bag I wanted was available. Requested refund. Refund received. Just disappointed as I put in efforts to book and secure the bag early. It matched really well with my outfit for the event and was going to be the ‘statement piece’. Was pretty shattered and most likely won’t use this company again.Would love to see more secured orders for people who book early in advance.

Complete Scam! My money was taken but I never received the item. I sent multiple emails but got no reply and the phone is constantly busy. Do not order from here.

Worst experience - Left me in the cold in front of her house for an hour because of an expired ID and than said I was trying to commit fraud - because I caught an uber to get the bag than proceeded to belittle me.Have sent an enquiry to fair trading with screenshots as my solicitor advised what she requested while I was outside her house was illegal business practices and also to demand my ID and photo proof of personal information. She also said in the call Glad I wasted your time" in winter and I had no jacket as I thought it was going to be a quick transaction.She even made me confirm my insta and so many other things that are actually illegal.To this day still haven't received my refund."

SCAM! Money was taken but item was never received! Does not reply to emails, phone is constantly busy or rings once before hanging up.

No stars.Bag did not arrive. All emails and texts were not responded to. Have referred the matter to Consumer Affairs. Disgraceful

I didn't receive the bag I hired for a Melbourne Cup event. I was left interstate (away from home) with no bag. The worst part though was the lack of communication. My 2 emails were returned by mail administrator, the phone line was busy over the 6 hour period I tried to call and my messenger and text msgs where unanswered. Three days AFTER my event I received a text to say that they could not fulfil the order because they had delays getting it back from a previous customer". A message they should have sent me the day of my event so I could have made other arrangements. Looking at other reviews the lack of communication seems to be a recurring theme. Very disappointed!!"

Pretty disappointing that so many people think its ok to try and ruin someone's business based on the owner's personal choices for her personal life! A review for a business should be based on the quality of service and the product on offer, not the owner's morals and values! Carolina has built this business from the bottom up to support herself and her son. These bad reviews are ridiculous and immature and threaten her ability to provide for her son. People need to grow up!
