My favourite store on the island ❤️A beautiful gift shop that has something for everyone. Every time I enter this store I can find a gift or something for myself and have made several purchases here.They have a huge range of plants/baby/skincare/jewellery and home wares all which are beautiful and at affordable prices.The staff are so lovely and the gift wrapping is beautiful.You can tell that there is a lot of thought and effort placed into choosing the brands / products and so many are from aussie small businesses.A must browse when in cowes ⭐️

Walked past this place many times before and thought the things inside looked so nice we couldn't possibly afford them. We decided we had to take a closer look on this occasion and we were surprised to find very unique and well-made items at very reasonable prices. My wife bought some lovely earrings and I will be coming back to buy one of the pendulum pots with succulents that are displayed in the front window. It was really nice how the staff there were happy to just have a chat and tell us how they got the really interesting paint effects on their furniture. It really makes a big difference when the people who own the store really care about customer service and making a great impression. Also, keeping consistency with their look and stock. I will be recommending Tyde to friends and family when they come visit us in Phillip Island.

I’m a Melbourne local and walked into this shop during MotoGP weekend with my mother. We were the only customers in the store, walked past both staff numerous times and it took over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Absolutely disgusting customer service, wanted to make purchases but after the staff lack of care, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

I could not recommend this store more! My partner and I spent 45 minutes in store. So many gorgeous and unique products for every corner of your house. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, we told the lady working that we had got engaged the day before and she was absolutely beautiful! My partner and I both walked out of the store and both said what a wonderful retail experience it was and have raved about the store since! When we return to Phillip island we will definitely be doing more shopping there.

Amazing store!! I love everything in there. From the plants, to the homewares, to the clothes, to the kids section. Love love love.And the customer service is excellent!! So so lovely every time I go in.
