Saw the shop as I was stuck in traffic and had to go in. Great range and amazingly helpful staff. So friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend this store.

How about changing the approaching towards the client?I was having a lovely day at Newtown. When I saw I nice shoes that i would like try and if I like and find number that fit me I will buy.I went inside the store and I asked my number (usually my number is not the same in all stores because I use kids size so is really complicate for me to know the perfect number). The number that the seller have wasn’t the one that I asked at first, but I would like to try because could fit perfectly (I asked number 4 and the seller had 4,5). But when I said I would like to try he just said the cost of the shoes. And I said “it’s ok, I would like to try it”. Again he repete the cost of the shoes (????). At that moment I already feel uncomfortable and judge about if I have money or not to buy the shoes (because of the way he approach). When I said I want try he responses was “you just can try if you willing to buy.” What?? If I went inside the store and I like the shoes I am not willing to buy? I feel really uncomfortable again and upset the way I was treat so I went out really upset. I think you have a way to approaching a cliente and explain how the policy works rather than the way I was treat buy the seller, I feel was really judge.I will never go buy anything in this store again because I feel ashamed to go and feel judged and uncomfortable by how the approaching was made.You get a bottle of water but you can’t try a shoes and if you like buy it? It’s unacceptable to be treat in that way.

this place had really nice staff and gave me water when i entered. it also is a super nice store in general and i got a ysl jumper for only 100 bucks. defo recommend as a vintage store to visit

the staff are so friendly and always lovely, products are at a good price, they sell good/ rare products which i love.
