Price Attack Burnside Village

My partner dyes my hair and I went into this store to pick a colour. I asked for help as I was trying to colour match a photo and was served by Jodie. She came across as unprofessional as she looked at another coworker and pulled a face in front of me when I said my partner does my hair at home. She also questioned my knowledge of hair colouring and it came across as belittling. Due to how uncomfortable this experience made me feel I will no longer be purchasing my hair products from this company.

i had the most wonderful experience from this store on SUNDAY. Ido not enjoy going to franchises owned stores at all but i must say outstanding customer service from the gentleman who booked me in and my south african hair stalest is ammmmmmazing second visit tonight im so happy i did the visit

Great service, even when things go wrong (like a warranty issue I had). Friendly and helpful. They really want the customers to be happy.

Very disappointed my sister had her top ruined by hair dye and the only offer was a refund of half the hair cut and color.Crappy customer service especially for someone who has been a loyal customer for over 10 years.Neither of us will be going back.

Hairdresser didn't listen to what I asked for. I asked for my hair to be washed, dried and straightened. At the basin she was distracted and I tried to tell her I had hearing aids which she didn't hear me say and proceeded to scrub my head and got my hearing aids wet. At the chair she blow-dried my hair for about half an hour and never straightened it with a straightener.

I went in to buy a curling tool. With up to $300 budget. I came out with Velcro rollers. $7.50 and a free sample. I had explained what I wanted to do and the lovely South African lady sold me the right solution. Above and beyond.

Very very bad customer service from the worker with short blonde hair like Ellen DeGeneres. Did not sell me the products I have asked for instead the worker told me her unwanted opinion over and over and told me it wouldn't suit my face and that me doing my hair at home cannot be done etc.She then proceeded to tell the person i came in with that she also couldn't do her hair blonde at home because her hair is green etc. This is pathetic service. We didn't ask for her opinion. We wanted to purchase products.I happily spent my money elsewhere and got my products I wanted and received much better customer service. This woman needs to learn how to work in retail and learn customer service skills. Anyone should be able to walk into there and ask for products for the desired hair colour they want at home even if its purple or pink hair etc and be served good customer experience, not belittling behaviour and unwanted opinions.. I could have easily told her my opinions on her hair and face thats how silly it would have been to actually continue a conversation with her. Im glad I didn't continue the conversation, she lost me at 30 seconds into talking with her as soon as she opened her mouth.She needs some customer service skills or perhaps work in a different field where you won't need to speak to customers. This is unacceptable. I won't be returning to any priceattack stores.I would avoid Burnside priceattack at all costs. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Terrific staff, great service. They take good care of their clients.

I love this salon! Always walk out feeling transformed. Friendly customer service and value for money. Located in the classy Burnside Village.
