The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The sale was great. Great quality homewares and decor at a great price. The range is so different from the chain stores, it's nice to have items that aren't the same as everyone else has. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

Friendly staff and they were willing to sell me the display desk so I could have it straight away. They helped me load it in the boot too. Also seemed quite honest. Quality of product is top notch.

It was a great experience visiting Eureka Street Furniture today. Catherine was very efficient in getting the quote to me with the correct format. The 50 percent sales on diffusers and soap was excellent.

Extremely disappointing experience with Eureka after care. Was given a defective product, dining room table and was told that it could be replaced but we had to pay the freight cost up to $250. Not the best after sales service I was expecting from such a reputable well known company. Will think twice about using them again

I’ve always loved going to Eureka Street Furniture where there is such a great range of quality furniture & decorating items that always have me inspired!Today I finally made a decision on a table &chairs setting with the help of the friendly staff and also at an amazing 50% discount!I was happy to find that all items were in stock & I won’t have to wait long to enjoy them! To be honest I had a really poor experience here with the level of customer service. My partner and I were buying an Item and we were really excited about purchasing this particular item as we had been looking for a while.We were greeted by the male staff member but when it came to buy the item the lady behind the counter couldnt even go as far as giving us a smile. She she was so rude and just generally looked as if she didn't want to be there. I have never left a shop feeling so deflated. This is really disappointing and we won't be back.

Disappointing experience for us unfortunately. We purchased what we thought was a beautiful, rustic, recycled timber table, a stool and 6 cane chairs, however what we received was a beautiful recycled timber table that had a 6inch long hole in the tabletop which had been 'patched' with a piece of different timber....not the table we expected and paid for! Customer Care have agreed to replace the table which is great, but we have to pay additional + extra delivery charges.....Not good customer relations Eureka!

We were very happy with the service we received at Eureka Street Furniture at Tuggerah. Our sales assistant, Sophie, patiently answered our questions and helped us choose our dining room chairs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We really liked her friendly service. The furniture is good quality and is affordably priced.
